Blood Test hcg levels?

Hello. I did my first blood/urine test on September 25 and the hcg quant was 387. I have been doing research, however it is confusing! What are your levels? My Dr. Office called back and wants another sample to make sure they are increasing. This is the first "stress" I have felt. Let me know! :)

My first blood test was when I was 3+5 and it was 133 and my second one on 4+0 was 315 and my third one was 4+4 and it was 1401 Und now I have to go in today for my fourth one

At 4 weeks my hcg was 1500
