Last night I have been puking my guts out and having diarrhea also my daughter is the same we think we are a chicken that was bad bc that was the last thing we ate and we started to feel really queasy by then I notice I have been having these really bad cramps at my abdominal area but to the right side and it's like a pain that omg I can't even breathe I think it's bc I'm probably dehydrated so I just barley started to drink liquids hopefully that should help? any advice moms or concerns I should have?
