Would you call cops?

Question

If you got accused of sleeping with chicks husband. Which you didn't. She came to house twice yesterday trying to fight. The second time I called cops. Because 1. I'm pregnant I'm not risking baby over her. 2. Mom isn't going to fight over something she didn't do. Now she texted "pussy of getting your ass beat proves you did it" i know for a fact it didn't happen her husband slept in his car that night. I can barely sleep scared she will come over again. Would you of called the cops?

Yep! And take a screen shot of EVERY  text or message she sends you, keep a record all of times she comes to your door-- any time she tries to contact you, electronically or physically, however it may be, keep record (date, time, how, where) of it. 
Don't stoop to her low and snap back verbally-- it could be perceived as encouraging her.  Either don't reply at all or keep it clean and simple!

Yes because she's uttering threats. It would be on file and if she came back you'd just call them and let them know and they'd come and deal with it.
I had to do that with a boy who I was day caring. His dad threatened me in my house one day and said he'd make sure I never worked again and he'd take my son away from me all cuz his son fell in the park and got a bruise on his forehead (child was 2) It didn't help him any that his ex wife told me that he didn't like me before he even met me and that's what I told the police too.
I also wrote down exactly what happened and documented it for myself and have it in my business folder just incase on my laptop and my hard drive.
Nothing ever came of it though. He called the police on me but I had called first and my story never changed but his did. His son had 1 bruise on his forehead, the police said he also had a bruise on the oposite side of his face near his ear which is sad to think that his dad would do something like that just to try to make it worse for me.

You can get an injunction which is an order to stop harassing you. But cops will likely not do anything if all she is doing is verbal, nothing physical so far. If she comes over again stay inside, call the police, they will show up and ask her to leave.

If you show her no reaction at all, she'll run out of steam and give up. If you do react, such as yelling back at her or whatever that just gives her more fuel to continue.
