I take 4 home pregnant test and 3 came back positive an I go to the Dr.yesterday my test come back negative I haven't came on my period July and Aug 2 days spotting and Sept 1 day spotting and Oct nothing see my belly u tell me just let u no I have baby fat before I got pregnant

If you got a couple positives and a couple negatives, and they were real positives, then you're probably very early into a pregnancy, as in just a few weeks. You wouldn't have a baby bump at all yet.

Request an ultrasound. Did they do a urine test or blood??
