TTC and vaginal hygiene (tmi)
Hi ladies!
Ok so I have a very honest question and I can only imagine how many women have this very same question so I am going to ask it as my very first post.
Question: What are methods you use to keep your vaginal hygiene in order while TTC?
My reason for this question is:
I'm having fertility issues and I am currently trying to conceive. I also know that we try to exhaust all options as far as prenatals, geritol, fertilitea, pressed, maca, charting, tracking and all the things of that sort; so to douche would be completely out of the question considering. Also the vagina is self cleansing and douching would throw off the vaginal PH.
I am use to being very clean down there. Although TTC, the sperm being there and coming out whenever it gets ready to irritates the crap out of me. I am always very sensitive to smells so that makes it even worse.
