Just got home from my day 3 ultrasound and started my 2.5 mg letrozole. This will be our 4th cycle using these meds (on paper, everything always looks perfect, but never a bfp). We were going to try 1 more med only cycle before <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> but were losing hope so we decided to move on to the next step. We have been trying over 1 year now with unexplained infertility (I don't have periods or ovulate without meds even though all tests come back normal).

Anyone else starting new cycle? :) I'm excited about something new...it gives me renewed hope!
