Iron tip!

I received a tip from my hair stylist a while back, and thought I'd share since iron is important during pregnancy.

Grapenuts cereal has 90% of your daily intake of iron!

If you are like me and don't like them, try them heated.

I add almond milk and heat, it turns into an oatmeal type substance. I like mine with peanut butter and/or honey.
