So I had unprotected sex a few days before my period should have started. I spotted a few days after that then nothing until a week later. I'm on my period now, but I'm wondering if that can mess up my cycle schedule or if it's just a one time irregularity thing? Also when changing out my tampons or menstral cup, I've noticed it smells pretty bad this time. Could that be from the unprotected sex or something in my diet or worse?? Thanks!
