Yesterday I experienced a pinching like pain on the left side of my abdomen nothing really painful just uncomfortable.  Today I had a light cramp like discomfort off and on for about 10 minutes on the right side of my abdomen.  There was no bleeding or anything and again it wasn't like a sharp stabbing pain.  Is this normal??  Or should I be worried?  I'm in my 6th week and don't go to the dr until next Thursday
