Ovarian cysts?

My husband and I are TTC, my last period was 2 weeks late. We have been BDing nearly everyday since I stopped. Last week (according to glow) I was ovulating. The last couple of days I have noticed an almost pressure during sex. It's not painful more like I'm more aware my cervix exists. I'm terrified it's cysts because my sisters were both diagnosed at this age. Anyone have any incite who may have been diagnosed before? I've set an appointment with my OB for Friday but would love to hear from some of you ladies, you always help me with my odd questions! Thanks in advance!
