16 week miscarriage

Well for the last week been having sharp pains and last night started bleeding like a period. I'm absolutely terrified right now. I can't get to the doctor because my car isn't eligible to drive an my mom and dad aren't in the picture and the baby's father is working and can't get off. It hurts to breathe cause I have sharp pains every time. I don't know whether to let it run it's course or what I had a miscarriage last year due to stress but I was only 8 weeks. I don't know what to do :(
