Late period negative test

So I haven't had my period in a whole month !!! Last period was August 28.... Took a test yesterday was negative usually my boobs hurt a week or 2 befor I have my period but no sign of it I have been under a ton of stress though and I am on 2 diff antibiotic.... Does the meds have anything to do with delaying my period ???? I know stress plays in effect but never missed a whole month of my period ... Only 1 time and come to find out I had a cyst on my ovary .
