If you use concealer first the foundation will pile up on that one spot causing an uneven look! Concealer last. Not a makeup artist just a lady who does my makeup and learned from mistakes haha

Foundation, of course!! Unless you're using a color correcting concealer (green, lavender, peach, etc.).
