Help ladies! Advice needed

So last Wednesday I got a faint positive on a pregnancy test and again on Friday morning using these cheap pregnancy test I bought on Amazon. My period was due yesterday I missed it now glow says my period will be Saturday. I've had dull cramping pressure lower back aches constipation nausea and now when I went to the bathroom there was light brown discharge. But I'm confused because sense I put that my period was late it changed when I ovulated. Idk what to think I don't want to get my hopes up. 😔
