3 weeks and 5 days pregnant and pink spotting?

I found out a few days ago I was pregnant. I Had crampings 2 days ago and today while wiping I got a very weird bright  pink discharge. On top of that my period was supposed to start October 5th. So I'm little bit panicked and my doctors appointment is tomorrow. I found out 9DPO with a clearly positive test. Implantation bleeding can't be right?

Was your pregnancy okay? The same thing is happening to me. 
I already had a chemical pregnancy, and I hope this one is not my second one... I feel quite different, though. 
With my CP I had obvious pregnancy symptoms and no spotting until I started bleeding heavily.

Sounds like implantation bleeding. I had it and I also still get period like cramping, I'm 6 weeks pregnant. Don't let anyone scare you, you're fine. I promise.😉

Just  retest I'm 12DPO. I used "10DPO first respond 6 days earlier test" for the first two on top. The last one which I did Today 12DPO is a regular first response test. I have the feeling the stripes are way darker on the first two maybe because it is more sensitive since it's for early testing?
