Birth control the real MVP
Day one of my period used to involve being crouched over the toilet with portable heating pads. Aka the most painful, horrible day ever.
I recently started a new birth control thAt I believe, is quite the life changer. Today starts my cycle and there's minimum red stuff and practically zero pain. So this shout out goes to the pill for making me feel like my insides aren't falling out.
