Provera and then Femara

So AF decided not to come at all for this cycle. And all tests say I'm not pregnant. So I started taking Provera the other day, but I also take Femara each month. Has anyone else taken both of these and got their BFP? I'm hoping that because I have to take Provera to induce a period that it'll help and maybe I'll get my BFP this next cycle.
