So I started the pill it's been a little over a month. I had my period about 2 weeks ago, and yesterday I noticed I started spotting and now I'm feeling cramps. Is it possible to have your period twice a month?

You don't get a period on the pill. You get withdrawal bleeds and breakthrough bleeds, and it is entirely possible to have the latter twice in one month, especially if you're new to the pill.
