TMI PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I have soaked three tampons in less than hour and blood is just pouring out of me I have no idea what is going on this does not feel like a normal period at all!! There is little bitty clots coming out to. I never got a positive pregnancy test so I don't know what is going on!
