Lots of pain

Ok i am almost 38 weeks I had a dr appt today and she swept my membrain and now my lower back is killing me and so is my lower stomach I can't tell if it is labor yet but I know it is something different on and I have been having contractions since I was 30 weeks that they have had to stop
