If so, what do you use it for, what type do you use, and what has it helped.

We just ordered some for my daughter, we're hoping to get her off some of her pharmaceuticals that are causing issues and blocking absorption on vital nutrients, her vitamin D levels are the lowest her doctor has ever seen in a child her age, and they're still dropping even on supplements. Her new doc thinks it's her meds. Not to mention that they don't seem to be doing much, and I don't want to move into the scarier meds.
