Labor?

So today I was admitted to the hospital cause my baby failed his biophysical. While there I was having strong contractions every few minutes (but they weren't hurting me). Well, baby passed his 2nd biophysical and they asked about the contractions and I said it was tight but not bad. Doctor sent me home without checking my cervix. Well, I'm still having contractions and feeling a bit of pressure down there. Idk if it means anything?? I have a son, but had him at 36 weeks by csection and never went into labor, so idk what it's like.
