Best birth control method?

I've read a lot about women getting pregnant quickly after having a baby..what birth control do you think is best? I'll be breastfeeding as well.

We are using condoms. The pill and nuvaring make me crazy so anything with hormones, especially after having a baby, are probably not a good idea for me. I wanted to get the copper iud, but my husband was concerned it could affect my fertility in case we decide to have another. I told him that is a low chance, but he insisted I wait until we are definitely done. Figured he'll be the one suffering the most using condoms, so I agreed.

They usually put you on the mini pill, if you want a pill, while you're breastfeeding. You need to take it at the exact same time everyday. If there is a possibility you may forget, find a different method. I had an alarm set but being a busy mom, it turn my alarm off and totally forget. This happened just a few times and I got pregnant with our third after 13 months. Totally my fault. Just letting you know what my experience was.

I'll be getting the implant this week! Never had it before so I'm hoping I don't have to bad of a reaction but if I do, oh well it can be removed anytime.

I am in the same boat.  I refused to get progesterone pills because they mess with your hormones. I don't like iud because the potential risks it has plus I want more kids eventually.  So that leaves me with the old fashioned contraception..,, condoms.  Though not ideal they will have to do for now.
