Not sure!

So my husband and I are TTC #2. In my fertile window we had sex every single night, except one. About 5 days later I started feeling symptoms of pregnancy, but I'm not sure if I'm just faking myself out. I am 6 days from the start of my next cycle, and I've been pretty nauseated off and on for about 6 days. I've taken 3 tests, all negative, but possibly too soon to test anyways..I was never nauseated with my first child so that's new to me. I have a doctor appt today for a pap and cervix check for other reasons and they normally take a preg test beforehand. I'm hoping they will take a blood test instead of urine in hopes it would be more accurate sooner. Hoping for a positive, as I am 30, a full time college student and raise a 3 year old. I want to have my second child now so I can concentrate on studies and then a career by the time both kids are in school full time!
