Nauseous

Hi everyone. I just found out about 3 das ago that i was pregnant. My husband and I are so excited! BUT i have been so nauseous the last few days. I am 4 weeks and 4 days. Im having such a hard time at work. I dont want to tell anyone till I'm 12 weeks. I also have a splitting headache, this is not helping my stomach. My husband just brought be Tylenol and i broke down in tears. I feel like im loosing it. I need help on how to keep my cool around people i havent told yet. Any tips? Also any tips on controling the nausea? Thanks so much!!!!
