This will probably sound crazy but

Is the reality that you're actually pregnant kicked in yet? I haven't been trying As long as some of you ladies but the 5 months we were trying seemed like an eternity. I had a ultrasound done yesterday at a pregnancy center in my area and even thigh you can't see much the reality slowly started kicking in. This will be my 4th. I have a 15 yo son, 11 yo daughter and a 2 yo daughter. I just can't believe I'm pregnant :)
