STRESSED

Im a highschool student (junior) and currently have a lot of stress in my life and have anxiety, especially in math class. 
What are things I can do DURING class (teacher only lets us leave once a smelter) that can help calm down my anxiety??

I always used to bring something textured with me, like a bangle or something. If I started feeling anxious is simply feel the bangle and think about how it felt, it's colours, where it was from :) something to distract you!
