Ive had this major headache for two days straight. Im 11 weeks and tylenol is NOT helping:(....ideas of what to do please:(

I have two washcloths that I keep in the freezer so that when I need them I just keep switching them out and rewetting when needed! Also, lots of water!

Any advice or ideas???
