No bladder control!!

32 weeks along with twins and I now have no control over my bladder!!! I literally pee myself whenever one of the twins decide to be active! My doctor told me that's normal, especially with twins even though I didn't experience it with my first pregnancy! Please tell me I'm not alone?!!
