S/O self esteem

So my boyfriend and I have not had sex in about a week (pretty rare for us, but we both had midterms this week so we didn't really have a chance), but then today we finally had some relaxed time where we weren't doing anything. We had been just chilling for a few hours, and he had not yet made a move, so I went to make a move and he then told me that he didn't want to because of a self esteem/image issue he had been having with himself.... I completely understand this issue as I have definitely been there myself. However, it is really hard to just believe that it really isn't something that I'm doing/how I look that is just a complete turn off to him. I know logically that it isn't, but I too struggle with self image problems and so the seed of doubt is there. I just want to know how I could make him feel more confident in himself. He's so perfect to me, and I just wish he could see that 💔😔
