Had first scan yesterday, I calculated I am over 6 weeks but the nurse said only about 4. Too early to see anything other than the sac. Is this normal girlies? X X

Absolutely. Don't stress, that baby is in there. I had this happen once and I was freaked out. 2 weeks later they checked again and there he was! :)

This just happened to me yesterday. Based off lmp I should be 6wks3d but according to the US I am 5w3d. We could only see the yolk sac. Looked very similar to yours. I go back on the 12th and hopefully we will see more. It's so hard to stay positive right now but hoping it was really just too early to see anything and nothing is wrong!
