Please help is this normal??

Okay so I know I'm not pregnant, I haven't had sex in 8 months..this morning, while half asleep my boob itched, nothing unusual so when I went to go scratch it I felt like wetness on my nipple and I thought maybe it's sweat cause I was sleeping on a heating pad (not on my period it's just cold lol) but so I lifted up my shirt and squeezed my boob and milk came out!! It was like shooting out milk it was just a watery white dot that formed and fell down my nip and I did it to the other boob and the same thing happened. I asked my mom and she said it's probably just my milk ducts forming and I asked my coworker and she said maybe my boobs have been overstimulated but I have done anything different 😩 basically like has this happened to anyone else or should I go to the doctor? I'm 20, have normal periods, etc, so I don't know why my ducts would be forming like I'm still in puberty please help
