Motivation !!!

Last november I was 250 pounds and I was not happy with my self had no confidence and was very unhealthy I had high blood pressuer my asmah was very bad and I was very lazy and all I kept doing was eat my feelings then I started thinking ti myself if I dont love myself who will so I did something bout it I went to my doctor she refferd me to a nutrition doctor and a heart doctor and more doctors and they all came up with a plan for me to loose WWeight the healthy way no surgery or nothing to make the stroy short all I changed was my portion of food had one cheat day all week and exercised at home everu other day and boom I dropped weight now I'm a healthy 169lbs and trying to keep gojng down to 145 hope this motivates ya to love ut self and do everything with good intentions its not eady but its all worth it
