Pelvic ultrasound results?

Anyone have this done before? As directed by my dr, on cd 3 I had bloodwork, on cd 9 I had hsg dye test, and cycle day 17 (yesterday) I had a pelvic ultrasound? I had it done by a tech so they're not allowed to give you any results. But she was kind of making me nervous asking question like "do you have normal periods" (yes), "have they done blood work for you yet?", and "oh! They did your hsg already? What were those results like?" (They were good, clear tubes) do this questions correlate with any bad news?
