I had that and a BFP when i found out i was pregnet but unfourtantly i just miscarried tuesday... At 8 weeks😞.... Baby dust to you momma

I always get very dischargy when I'm pregnant. So it might be. But I would suggest either waiting a few more days to see if it comes or doesn't and test again, or calling your doctor. Good luck :)
