Pill stopping period?

Question

I take my pill everyday (no skips, including for the iron pill I just still take the pill) and I know longer have my period. It is really nice to not have but I'm constantly paranoid in pregnant. Also I'm worried it might cause birth defects or something when I do decide to have children. Should I change something or am I just paranoid?

They same thing happened to me and I was concerned that I wouldn't have a period at all anymore so then I thought I wouldn't have kids so I stopped the pill for one month and of course I had the worst period of my life and then I realized why I was on birth control in the first place lol I think it just depends on your body type and the amount of hormones in the pill.
