Rant about hubby's friend

So, my husband and I were shopping for baby clothes and he sent a picture of me to his friend to show him we were out shopping. Needless to say, it wasn't my most flattering picture. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and have gained 22 pounds, but I'm 5'2" so any weight shows. Anyways, the friend's response was something along the lines of "you better put an orange flag on that to make her street legal". Basically saying I'm like an oversized load who needs a flag on me to be legal.
