Dog sensing pregnancy?

My dog has been super clingy the last couple of days. I am hoping it is because I am pregnant. Has anyone had that happen?

I thought it was just me!! Usually a good walk and he will sleep the rest of the evening. Now regardless of what I do (feed him, walks, treats, attention, leave him out) he wants my attention even more. Hoping he'll calm down a bit!
