Did u have any symptoms that lead you believe you were having twins!?

I don't know forsure that I'm having twins or not.. This is my third pregnancy and I'm 5 weeks 3 days. This pregnancy so far feels different then my last two. 
Did anyone have a " feeling" or symptoms to make u think that you were having twins and it be true?

I tested positive at 3 weeks and immediately had a feeling there was two, so much so that at my first appointment I asked my Dr to check and sure enough there were two! Best of luck!

I was extremely sick compared to my three singles and I couldn't sleep on my stomach at six weeks. I just knew it was twins :)

My HCG levels kept quadrupling in the first couple weeks. This made me suspicious. Confirmed twins at 5 week ultrasound.

My husband kept asking me if I was pregnant and I said no but he asked me take a pregnancy test and sure enough I was. 
But then that week he kept saying I think it's twins.... I was like no, can't be! And sure enough at the ultrasound I saw two sacs and asked the tech if it was twins and she laughed and said YES! 
So no, I didn't know until I got my ultra sound at 5w6d but I'm guessing I was super cranky and hormonal or else I don't know why my husband knew I was pregnant and I was having twins!!
This pregnancy has been the toughest. I was so nauseous and extremely tired.

Did any of you experience spotting? I had spitting with my second pregnancy but it wasn't this early or last this long that I can remember! I don't have any cramping.

its my first preg so i dont have anything compare it with except every other girl was givin me their opinion.  no ine could say they felt like i did.   i was very sick, couldnt function.  the twin thing came to my mind. i believe it was my instinct/intuition.  something was sucking the heck out of me and it couldnt just be one baby doing it.  twins dont run in my fam. and im a light weight tiny person. as soon as i found out about the pregnancy i stepped on the scale and had gained 5 lbs.  ( i was 108, 5-2")  which i thought that was a bit strange. 
on my 1st ultrasound  my first qquestion to the tech was if she could see if they were more than one.  snd sure enough there were two:-)  i was 6 wks +6d

I didn't notice anything different from my previous pregnancies other than being a bit more tired so far. I'm 9 weeks and so far it's very similar to my singleton pregnancies!

In the back of my mind I knew j was having twins my morning sickness was so bad for weeks that I eventually had to be hospitalized and they were going to do an ultrasound and I was freaking out because I thought I would be having twins and sure enough I was..twins don't run in my family or my finances family so it was a huge shock but like I said I just had a gut feeling they were twins 
Going to specialist on the 21st to see if they are sharing a sac and or placenta

I had a gut feeling and a few dreams that they were twins. My nausea and morning sickness was so bad I couldn't eat for the entire first trimester.
