How far along am I??

I recently found out by two urine tests and blood draw that I am pregnant! My last period started on September 4 and I'm think we conceived sept 15-19.... So it's been exactly a month since my last period but doctors aren't wanting me in til another month in order to be 8 weeks along.... How accurate is that? Can being a week or two weeks pregnant show up on a urine test? How early can doctors decipher my due date????

Here you go! Due date 6/10 so you are 4 weeks and 3 days. If your first ultrasound shows anything greater or less than a week they will adjust it but otherwise look forward to looking forward to June 10 😀🎈🍼 Congrats!

My doctor told me I was 4w 5d when I first went in and had an ultrasound. She said my due date was March 21st but it wasn't until my 2nd ultrasound that they figured out my real due date was March 11th. So, I guess what I am saying is that they may not know for sue until a bit later on. But I know they can give you a rough guesstimate. You just have to wait, unfortunately. I almost drove myself insane trying to figure out exactly when we conceived. You are pregnant though! How awesome! 😎

If you know what your hcg levels are from your blood test, you can look up a chart that will give you a range of what your hcg levels should look like per week.  Keep in mind that it's a range, so it won't be 100% accurate.
There's no way to tell how far along you are prior to having the ultrasound unless you know the first date of your last menstrual period.
