I give up
My fiancé and I have been together for four years & still haven't conceived a baby. He was in a car accident that shattered most of his right side before we got together, his testicles got damaged during all that. He got examined by a dr that said his sperm is almost back to where it should be & my dr can't find anything wrong with my reproductive organs.
Does anyone have any tips or something? I'm losing all hope here & we're about to get married.
