Am i trying to hard?

Me and my husband have been ttc for 6 months an I went to a obgyn an she said everything looked great. We really want a baby, I've used opks, and still not pregnant. Am I trying to hard?

Are you temping to make sure you actually ovulate? OPK's just tell you when you have a surge not that an egg has been released. When I got my BFPs I had stopped coffee, started prenatals and quit drinking. I think that helped! Also DTD every day in your fertile week!

If you maybe stop trying so hard it may happen. Stress can make it wors and harder. Good luck

It is completely normal for it to take a healthy couple up to a year to conceive.

I tried for my first for ever I took prenatal pills and with in a month positive

They always say that when you stop try8ng that's when it happens,  and if you are stressing about it,  that could be a reason
