Have any of you ladies tried this tea? What exactly is it for ? What's your experience ?

I've been drinking this tea since 36 weeks but now 2 cups/day. I love it:) The tea does actually help me to relax. I've noticed an increase in BH contractions as I drink it more and longer but I think that's what's intended b/c BH help to prep your uterus.

I bought a tea like that for my nausea and my doctor told me not to drink it because it was natural and had herbs that could make other symptoms worse

I would love to love it, but i just realized that it's a source of my nausea/heartburn. I totally threw it up yesterday after having tried it for four days. I laughed about the experience though... as if vomiting would help with muscle strength because my tummy was feeling tight after. I *might* try steeping it for a shorter amount of time and see if i can stomach that. It would be such a waste not to use two boxes worth.

Yes. I love it. My little one isn't here yet but I enjoy a cup every day or so. It tastes nice. It's meant for toning your uterus I believe. It won't start labour

I drink it every morning because I miss coffee. It's tasty but kind of bland so I steep it with a bag of something else and/or add honey and milk. Raspberry leaf (which is the main herb in this tea) is supposed to strengthen your uterine muscles so I thought, why not try it. It has no side effects and seemed mentioned in every midwife advice book I read. The price of this tea (I got it at Buy Buy Baby with a coupon) is a lot less than straight up raspberry leaf from Whole Foods and includes some other herbs that are safe and perhaps beneficial.
