4 month sleep regression anyone?

I think one of my girls is going through this just wondering if any other mommas have dealt with this and have any advice? Also she seems to dislike daddy since he has gone back to work and screams the whole time she's with him any ideas lol

How long is it supposed to last? According to the wonder weeks it's a 5 week thing!!! I'm pretty sure we are at least a week in, as this can be a bit off since it's based on your due date.

Oh man. That was a very rough time for us. Hopefully you fair better than I did- it went from bad to worse with us. Ultimately it's what made us decide to sleep train them. At first they started waking more often, after a week or two they were both waking up every hour or so.  Prior to that I really didn't want to do any form of cry it out but we just couldn't do it anymore.  There were some nights I was seriously up all night long.  So I did some reading and attended an infant sleep class and decided to use the methods in the book The Sleep Easy Solution. We put them down at 6 after bath and bedtime routine, then feed at 9 and midnight, and they sleep until around 6am.  We could cut out one of those feedings but our pediatrician still wants them to gain weight.  The gist of the book is you never feed them when they cry, only do dream feeds. How much do they weigh now? And what time do they normally eat at night?

Omg ladies idk if we are having this later at 5 months or Carson just has teething going on but every 3rd day or so he screams from 2am to almost 6am!! He will sleep a bit here and there but barely. We keep Adren now in her own room so he doesn't wake her. We were at the doctor today for their check up and he thinks it's just teething since he also has a wicked teething cough. I hope this passes soon I feel so bad for him (& us for our lack of sleep on those nights!).

Aww so sorry to hear that. I think kaylina has great advice so waiting for her to comment. One of my girls is waking every 2 hrs now, is that the 4 month sleep regression? We just turned 3 months

I'm going through the sleep regression too :( she was sleeping an average of 9 hours a  night and now she's waking up every 2-3 hours. She sometimes wakes up just cooing, or whining, so I usually wait to see if she'll fall back alseep. If it turns into crying then I go in to feed her or rock her. I'm going to do sleep training to see if that helps. She'll sometimes sick the paci to sleep, but very rarely. So, maybe try a paci and waiting a few minutes before going in every time they wake up? I don't know...just figuring this. She also went through the not wanting daddy phase but thankfully it was very short lived. Just be consistent. Try having him hold you when you're visible and then go out of the room some and try to stay away a little longer each time. I felt so bad for my husband when she was doing this :lol
