Tylenol vs. Ibuprofen during TWW
AF should be here this weekend, but I feel very much like I might be pregnant! I'm not testing until my missed period, but I have a toothache and am wondering if it is safe for me to take the Equate brand Acetaminophen for the pain? Is it safe for pregnant women?
