Feeling lightheaded?

9 weeks today and feeling light headed and a little disoriented. Has this happened to anyone else?

I feel the same way sometimes! Drink water...lots of it! And sit down and relax :-)

Pregnancy lowers your blood pressure. Take your time standing up and make sure to sit down if you get dizzy so you don't pass out!

Yes! I got so dizzy in the shower this morning I had to sit down. Hubby turned off the water and helped me get out, I don't think I even got all the shampoo out! I ended up calling in to work. Ugh :/

I was about to post on this!  Every time I stand up, shower, or even sneeze I get so dizzy and my face feels funny like I'm going to faint. I hate it!

Someone told me it could mean a lack of protein and I have been low on protein so I just stocked up on these shakes from whole foods
