Advice plz!!!
On day 4 of my cycle, is it too late to start taking my first try of soy isoflavones? Took vitex last week for only four days and it started my cycle on cd 83. So I wanted to see if I can start the soy isoflavones until my cycle officially stops. Should I resume the vitex after my cycle ends? Advice plz!!!
