Progesterone inserts! Anyone using red ones?

What kinda crazy company makes red vaginal inserts for prego ladies? They discharge like the other ones and come out red!!! They freaked me out. Anyone else taking the red ones? Called my doctor today to ask for the white ones again! That red will traumatize me!

The red are traumatizing and I had to keep reminding myself what the pill discharge looked like vs real bleeding. I definitely freaked myself out a few times in the middle of the night when I was half asleep and had to turn on the light to double check!

Holy moly I've never heard of red ones! I'm not surprised you freaked out. I started using the white ones yesterday and there's already quite a bit of discharge. If I was using the red ones I wuda totally freaked out

Agreed- when I have Peds GI patients we have orders to not feed red foods or red medications (cherry Tylenol). You would think they'd take the same precautions with vaginal inserts.
