Subchorionic hemorrhage and placenta previa

I have a subchorionic hemorrhage and placenta previa. I'll be 12 weeks in a few days. I don't have another ultrasound until 2 weeks from now. I was put on pelvic rest and my doctor really didn't want me to go to work because it's a lot of physical labor but I have 2 kids to take care of. I can't miss work. I'm freaking out that I've been overdoing it. My hips are killing me and I have some serious leg pain. Does anyone else have any positive feedback from a similar situation? I really need to hear something positive to get me through this ♡
