Worried

So I have taken 6 pg tests in the last 2 1/2 weeks and 1 was a faint line and the other 6 were negative then I had brown creamy discharge once and now I'm having upper rib spasms and lower abdomen spasms. What could this mean? I'm worried that I am pg and I'm loosing the baby or something else is wrong :'(
